Tests:
 + dEQP-GLES3.functional.fbo.srgb.*

Includes:
 + sRGB conversion when writing to framebuffer
 + Blending with sRGB framebuffer
   - Linearization test only

Excludes:
 + All blend modes when rendering to sRGB framebuffer
   - Will be covered in blending test set
 + Dithering
