    Framebuffer invalidate tests

Tests:
 + dEQP-GLES3.functional.fbo.invalidate.*

Includes:
 + Invalidating whole and sub-framebuffer
 + Invalidating all or subset of attachments
 + Default framebuffer and framebuffer objects
 + Framebuffer binding change after invalidate
 + Rendering to framebuffer after invalidate
 + Texture lookups from partially invalidated texture attachment
 + Invalidating multisample framebuffer objects

Excludes:
 + Negative testing
   - Will be covered in separate API negative test set

Description:

Test cases exercise framebuffer invalidate API in various ways. Results are
visualized using rendering commands and verified against images generated by
a reference implementation.
