    Texture completeness tests

Tests:
 + dEQP-GLES2.functional.texture.incomplete.*

Includes:
 + 2D and cube map textures
 + NPOT textures used with unsupported wrap modes
 + NPOT textures with mipmapping
 + Missing mipmap levels
 + Texture object and sampler type mismatch
 + Empty texture objects

Description:

Incomplete texture object is constructed based on test case specification.
A quad with the texture applied is rendered. Resulting image is checked for
any non-black pixels.
