<p>This release of CLDR is an update release; the main changes were </p>
<ul>
<li>updates for new region codes (RS and ME for Serbia and Montenegro),</li>
<li>added new Time Zone IDs</li>
<li>added new language tags</li>
<li>added the list of private use language & script codes that won't be used by CLDR</li>
</ul>
<p>The exact changes can be seen by clicking on the Delta link above.</p>
<p><i>Version 1.4.1 was released on 2006-11-03 as a CVS-tag release; later it was decided to make it a
regular release with zipped data and this release page.</i></p>
